Emerging Lifestyle & Event Photographer — Her Privée Société® Wellness Experience

Brief

Her Privée Société® is a private women’s members’ club in London, and we’re looking for an emerging photographer to capture an intimate wellness experience on Saturday 28 November. The afternoon will take place at a beautiful boutique Pilates studio in Hackney and will include approximately 5-10 women, a private Pilates class, styled brand details, a matcha experience and relaxed social moments afterwards. We’re looking for warm, refined, editorial lifestyle photography rather than traditional posed event coverage. The brief will include interiors and details, movement during Pilates, natural interactions between guests, matcha preparation and service, candid conversation, and a small number of directed group/portrait images. Photography will be required for approximately 2 hours, 2pm–4pm. We are particularly interested in hearing from emerging photographers who are developing their lifestyle, wellness, hospitality or event portfolio. This is also important: HPS hosts experiences throughout the year, so we are ultimately looking to build a long-term relationship with a photographer/content creator for future events, rather than simply commission one shoot. Please include your portfolio, quote, approximate number of edited images, expected turnaround time and whether commercial website/social-media usage is included. If you also shoot short-form vertical video, please mention this in your response, as combined photography and video capability would be particularly valuable for future HPS work.
