How to view and download your photo gallery

If your photographer uses LensQuay, your photos arrive as a simple web link — no app to install and nothing to sign up for. Here is exactly how to open your gallery, choose your favourites, and download your pictures, on a phone or a computer.

Opening your gallery

Your photographer will send you a link that looks like lensquay.com/g/your-gallery. Tap or click it and your gallery opens straight away in any web browser.

If your gallery is protected, you will be asked for a short PIN — your photographer gives you this. Enter it once and you are in.

Choosing your favourites

Some galleries let you pick the photos you want as part of your package.

• Tap a photo to add it to your selection.
• You will see a running count of how many you have chosen.
• When you are happy, press Confirm my selection. Your photographer is notified and starts work on your final edited images.

If your package includes a set number of photos, the gallery keeps track for you and shows if any extras apply.

Downloading your photos

Once your photos are ready, you can save them to your device.

• To save one photo, open it and press the download button — it saves the full-size file, named by its picture number.
• To save everything at once, press Download all. Your whole set downloads together in a single zip file, so you do not have to save them one by one.

Downloads work on phones, tablets and computers.

A few common questions

Why do some photos have a watermark? While you are choosing, the preview images carry a light watermark. The final photos you download are the clean, edited, watermark-free versions.

Can more than one person view the gallery? Yes. You can open it as many times as you like, on any device, and share the link with family — there is no limit.

The link has stopped working. A gallery link can change if your photographer renames or replaces the gallery. Your photos are not lost — just ask your photographer for the latest link.

Do I need an account? No. You open the gallery straight from the link. You only sign in if you are buying extra prints or products.
